My responsibilities included managing and updating multiple websites, E-mail accounts and a large on-line store along with operating all programs associated with them. Obtained products for store along with negotiating product prices and product design. Designed some of the products using graphic arts programs such as Paint Shop etc. (E.g., designed lapel pins, hand bags). Managed a fan club including producing membership packets and cards, ship product orders and mailed all fan club material from home office. Researched and resolved customer issues with product shipment in person or by E-mail correspondence. Helped in arranging travel for CEO, created display materials, arranged booth space/specifications for conventions such as the New York Comic-Con. Managed an on-line bulletin board system and all of the program functions. Helped with handling interview requests with various media outlets, assisted in the operation and planning of the organization in such areas as web site management, purchasing and assisted in the planning and execution of conferences, book signings and other events promoting the company. Performed other administrative duties that was assigned at any time such as filing confidential contracts, and performed all tasks as assigned given the dynamic and often fast-paced nature of the business. Kept detailed log of duties performed on a daily basis along with keeping an updated log and inventory of home office supplies.

Responsible for checking in guest and balancing the monies received during the night. Rectified any problems and assigned guests to rooms. Made sure lobby, building etc. was in superb looking condition. All other duties associated with desk work.

Responsible for numerous duties that included the quality inspection of foods prepared by machinery down an assembly line. Other duties included machinery inspection and helping Coordinate duties for other workers.
